The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has seven congregations east and southeast of Atlanta, Georgia. Together these congregations comprise the Conyers Georgia Stake. The Conyers stake is one of 19 stakes in Georgia. With more than 91,000 members and more than 162 congregations throughout the state, there will be a local congregation near you.
Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints make up a diverse community of people around the world with a shared faith in God and His Son Jesus Christ.
We strive to be greater disciples of Jesus Christ. He is central in our lives and beliefs. Our mission is to invite all of God's children to follow Jesus and experience the joy that is possible only through Him.
“Remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall” (Hel. 5:12)

Visitors are always welcome, and we invite you to come worship with us. Whether you're interested in becoming a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, visiting a friend, or your just curious, we want you to come as you are and worship with us.
Each congregation is lead by a lay ministry which means we have regular jobs and minister because this is what we love and are called to do.
We have Sunday meetings where the primary event is to partake of the sacrament as a family. We also have classes and other activities to learn more of our Savior.
